  • How to report a system offline
    • To report a fire protection system offline click the "REPORT A SYSTEM OFFLINE" link on the home page. Fill out the fields and confirm your data. Your system will be reported as offline for up to 10 hours.
  • How to report a system online again
    • To report a fire protection system back online click the "SYSTEMS CURRENTLY OFFLINE" link on the home page. You will see a list of systems currently offline. Click "RESTORE" to select the system you wish to report back online. Fill out the fields and submit to complete the restoral.
  • How long may a system be reported offline
    • A system may be reported offline for up to 10 hours. Please contact the Denver Fire Department Fire Prevention Division at 720-913-3474 if a system will be offline more than 10 hours.
  • Who can report a system offline
    • Licensed alarm technicians, monitoring companies, and facility managers may report a system offline.
  • What if I already have a Fire Watch Permit
    • If you already have an active Fire Watch Permit, you DO NOT need to report your system offline on this site.
